A 100% acrylic topcoat which provides a durable exterior finish and resists wind driven rain when used in a system with Perma-Crete's® High Build Acrylic Primer (4-2) and the LTC Block Surfaces (4-100).

Description

Perma-Crete® High Build Acrylic Topcoat is specifically designed for interior texture, above grade, masonry substrates requiring high performance protection. This topcoat provides a durable exterior coating and provides an option between conventional acrylics and elastomeric coatings.

  • Resists wind-driven rain when used in a system
  • Alkali-resistant allowing you to apply to fresh concrete at 7 days and/or less than 13 pH
  • Water vapor permeance allowing breathability
  • High build provides extra protection in few coats
  • Two-coat system allowing you to turn jobs faster
