Outstanding stain blocking and alkali-resistant properties make this an ideal choice when faced with new, aged, or hot concrete.

  • Seals and protects the topcoat from hot alkali found in plaster, masonry and cement
  • Alkali-resistant allowing you to apply to fresh concrete at 7 days and/or surface conditions less than 13 pH
  • Blocks out most stains
  • Low temperature application to 35°F which allows for a longer painting season
  • Higher solids allows for better coverage
